Just installed both of them on my helmets, the trick is to place the speakers as close as posible to ears to have the best volume (could be loud if well installed) and confort, sound for music is ok, speaking in a full face helmet worked well, they could be just a little thin, perhaps to carv a little inside the polisterene to improve comfort.I don't use them to listen music or answer phone calls because it could distract me from road but in tests it works.

Had no problems connecting and hearing through intercom. Bluetooth calls are a little softer than intercom. Music sounds good.
