I should start out by saying that I am not a motorcycle rider, so I can't speak to the actual experience using these while riding. I am a college volleyball referee and we often use headsets to communicate with each other during the match, so I ordered this to give it a try. It doesn't ultimately work for me for that purpose, which I will explain at the end.I think the quality of the headsets is very good for the price. It is nice that it comes with the option for belt clips for the radios and adhesive for the earpiece/microphone portion. The buttons are nice and large and feel like a good button push, which sounds weird, but helps with confidence in the quality. I think the size of the buttons will help if you are riding and can't physically look at what you are pressing. They do connect well to each other, though I must say the connection process was a little confusing. The instructions are clear on what to do, but they mention that you will have a solid blue light when these are connected to each other. That is not correct. What it really should say is that the light stays on for a longer period of time, but will still flash on and off when they are connected. If you are not connected, they flash on and off somewhat quickly, and once you connect, they still flash on and off, but at a slower pace. The instructions said it is 'solid,' so I wasted a lot of time and tried to figure out a bunch of "solutions" for something that was already working. The sound through the earpieces seemed fairly loud and clear, but again, I was testing them inside and not riding. They seemed like they would be good, though, especially if they are inside your helmet. I put one in front of a speaker and went into the other room, and I could hear things clearly with no noticeable lag.It is important to note, however, that you seem to be limited to this exact style of earpiece (the round, open speaker and separate microphone.) As I mentioned, I use these for reffing volleyball, so I need to use an earpiece that is able to go in or around my ear like an earbud with a connected microphone. These headsets use USB-C connections for the earpieces, so I bought two separate USB-C earpieces in the form factor that I need. Unfortunately, neither of them worked. Only the earpieces that came with the radios work. I'm not sure if that "rule" only applies to those exact earpieces or if it applies to the form factor (open, separated earpieces/mics.) I reached out to the company and they said the in-ear earpieces should work but you have to turn the volume up very high. Unfortunately, there was no sound coming out of either of the brands of in-ear earpieces that I tried, even with the volume at max. These truly are very good headsets and I would recommend them if I were a rider. The only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the slightly confusing instructions, and because there is slight concern with compatibility should you prefer a different form factor or if your original earpieces get damaged or lost.

First off the controls are easy to learn - thats really important to me since I have a few helmet's that are name brand audio and they all have the same command keys. this one is really simple to use for music and recieve/cancel calls. The audio quality is a bit tinny but thats what i expect from a helmet bluetooth. I am using it on a modular helmet so with the face up its not that loud but with the shield down its plenty loud for the music. Lasted an entire day of riding on a single charge. Comes with either a glue on mount or a clip in mount. I opted for the clip in as i never trust the stick on due to wind and rain. ear pads are standard thickness so they fit into the cutout of my helmet.

Work perfect, but if you can buy two of them, the pairing with other models don't work so well
