This bolts right on to DRZ400S or DRZ400E, all years. Dimensions given are not correct for the big plug. I measured OD of big cap top:1.76 ~", OD of threaded area: 1.44" and depth of threaded area: 0.385". Approx 45mm, 36mm, 10mm.

Work for drz400 and dr650, however mine did not come with washer or oring. I had oring kit on hand so I used orings 🤷‍♂️
