This is an effective Handlebar Lock for motorcycles and scooters which prevents movement by locking the brake in place, preventing theft. Very easy to use by unlocking then fitting around either Handlebar and a Brake Lever then closing to lock. Use in conjunction with a wheel lock for even more security.

This is a chinese-made motorcycle lock that works by locking the front breakdown to the throttle. As with all of these kind of things it's mostly just a visual deterrent because anybody can just pick it up and throw it in the back of a truck. But this isn't really a lock picking review, though I will say it's a tubular lock and it's a high security tubular lock but the tolerance is seem kind of weak on it. But again I'm still going to give it 4 Stars because it's exactly what it says it is and it's made pretty well.
