Tighten the clamp as much as possible,Also try to lock your headlights side bolts as tightly as possible.

Works pretty well. I am not a fan of the worm gear clamps. Of course they work, but it doesn't look that great. For a cleaner look I recommend going with something else. I fabricated two sleeves out of aluminum sheets which works great. I see these kind of parts of a solution that needs work. As mentioned by a reviewer, the holes need modification for height adjustment. I also gave them another layer of paint. Works for me though. Five stars.

As far as a mount goes, this works splendidly. The issue I had is that there is really no way of adjusting the headlight up or down. In order to adjust it you will need to drill or cut a C shaped hole in it for the second screw that most headlights have to adjust them with. If the product had something like that predrilled in it, I would rate 4 stars.Before drilling the C shaped adjustment hole, I tried mounting the headlight with the one screw, and it did mount to the bike. I adjusted the headlight so the beam was angled correctly and used locking washers and a ratchet to really torque the screw down as much as I could. After riding around for a few days I had noticed that the headlight was slowly starting to point down. If you have bumpy roads or anything that will cause your bike to bounce, then there is nothing to keep the headlight from doing this.The are easily bendable, which is good and bad depending on the customer's needs. I needed it to bend in order to get it perfectly centered and adjusted in the middle of the forks, so a blessing for me. This would be a curse for you depending on how heavy of a light you'll be mounting.
