Honestly, it's great fir what it is. It's light and easy to pack. I throw it in my tag bang but would easily fit under the seat or in any bag. Quick and easy to use. I run the cable through my passenger peg bracket and through my helmet and lock it with the helmet hanging off the passenger pegs. Gives me peace of mind that someone won't run off with my helmet when I'm inside eating or off for a hike.

Lock is easy to use. Numbers are a bit hard to see, especially if dark. Not sure the cord will stop anyone really wanting to steal your item but will be a deterrent for most. Still would recommend.

My hubby purchased a lock for his motorcycle and it had an issue with resetting code on the lock. Martin the CEO contacted him on a Sunday and immediately took care of sending him a replacement. We were beyond impressed - Martins title as CEO includes proud owner - he should be he's running it right!

The lock is definitely made to keep honest people from making a mistake by stealing my helmet. For a determined thief they could break the lock easily with nothing more than a screwdriver in just a few seconds.

I was having a hard time finding a helmet lock that would work with my new bike until I came upon this cable lock made by Touring Thunder. The cable makes it easy to wind around anything on the bike and hold your helmet secure. One caveat, however; make sure you have the logo side of the carabiner facing up when you input your personal combination. Otherwise it won't open. But right side up, everything works just fine. I also like the fact that it is so portable. It will easily fit in a large pocket or in a toolbag. And with the bright orange and black colors, it looks very cool!

Hey everyone, I don't think I have given a 1 star review before. But, this lock will not open. I purchased this the first week of October, it is now the end of October, the lock will not open. Yes, I have the right combination. Yes, I have the combination lined up on the right side, it simply won't open. It is not frozen or anything. The numbers were very hard to read at night as well, but I could get by with that. I would not recommend purchasing. Luckily, I was in town so I didn't have to try and cut it off while on the road. Unfortunate, but luckily I own bolt cutters and they went through the lock in a 1/4 of a second
