El auricular suena súper fuerte para el casco lo que es bueno cuando se viaja y el viento golpea duro, esto hace que evitemos escuchar la ráfaga de viento

I still err towards a pair of earbuds, however. My helmet doesn't have quite the ear pockets for speakers

You get what you pay for, while this does work as a bluetooth device, not an intercom, the sound is not very good. Save a little more and buy a better product if you are looking for high quality music.

I've had a few of these, but I've never seen one without a camera. I assumed it had one, it does not. However, I did plug in the headphones and tried it out, but it's not being installed on my helmet. Maybe I can find someone who wants it, without a camera.

The device has a malfunction, and I saw this note from more than one customer: It does not charge

I installed this in a HJC modular helmet and with the supplied velcro it installed super easy. The caller on the other end could hear me and not the loud pipes on the harley. I was able to hear my music and the caller on the other end. I wish there were a little more volume but that is due to the damage to my hearing from my youth more so than the fault of this kit. overall I'm very satisfied. Now I just need to get one for my son so we can test the intercom abilities.

Voice prompts are in an Asian accent voice. This in itself is not a problem, until you realize all things being done are via voice prompts - there is no screen. The size of the device is a bit large in comparison to some other brands. This is NOT an intercom device - it is JUST for bluetooth connectivity to your phone, and not capable of connecting to other headsets to use as an intercom between riders (of course you could do phone calls to make that happen, but that involves quite a few steps - which when youre riding a motorcycle youre trying to avoid).Overall a decent headset kit for the price. The control wheel works well, the buttons have a decent feel to them, and audio quality is equivalent to my $300 Cardo system (which I'll be honest is just average).I basically use this by starting music or navigation before I start riding, and stop it when I get there. I don't use the controls much other than to change volume or pause while I'm riding. It's good for what it is - but light on the features. I also don't love the size.Still a good 4 star headset if you know what you're getting into.

The set includes 3 mounting options; a velcro pad, a double sided tape pad and a clamp. These all use the same base plate, so you kind of have to pick one.The unit itself is beefy feeling, definitely not light. The controls are user friendly, with the exception of power on/off. The jog dial moves music forward/back, volume buttons work, the multi function button is push the center of the jog dial. If you need to use an "assistant" the rear button does that. The controls work well for a motorcycle rider with gloves on. You won't turn up the volume, to find your skipping tracks, or try to answer a call, just to get Alexa. The speakers are pretty loud. They're not the loudest, but louder than my Sena. Both microphones seem stout. The flexible stick on mic is the largest one I've seen in multiple different brand units. The boom mic is decent size and length, nothing different between any other one I've seen.Overall, I have no complaints. Just remember, the A20 is not a com unit, the A20 x2 is a com unit for 2 riders (you need 2 units) I'm reviewing the A20. For solo rides, this works.
