You do need some strength to be able to make it work but overall it does the job and so far no complaints. Very easy to use and store

This device works. Lifts the bike just enough to spin the rear wheel for chain cleaning.

A tool either works or not or substandard. I tworks! I used it to lift up a 1000cc African twin. To lube chain ,parked on a gravel . Better than a tire rollers no drag !

I used it three times and it will weather away. I added a bolt and it works again. It's pretty easy to use but you may have to put in a little bolt maintenance.

This is a great tool when you don't have a center stand. It's easy to get either tire off the ground for changing or chain maintenance. I'm very happy with it

The product is not damaged. But the size and weight are far beyond my expectation, it is much bigger than I imagined. Because I can't touch it before online shopping

Overall, I found this product useful albeit under limited circumstances. After reading the reviews and testing it extensively today (May 20 2023), here are my thoughts:Before use:- Make sure to tighten all screws so there is no play but not too much to cease the mechanism.- use lubricant like silicon lubricant or a couple of oil drops on the main shaft to smoothen the movement.Usage:- only lift the bike by 1/2 inch or less. You only need this for the wheel to spin.- bring a 17 and a 19mm spanners to setup the length for your bike.- I recommend you setup the length so the lever is already half way engaged (lever perpendicular to shaft), so you only us the second half of the leverage to lift the bike. It will be enough. The full leverage movement is not needed.-Make sure the surface is clean. If you use it on bare cement or smooth surface, try to use the lift as straight as possible as an angle will increase the possibility of slippage.I mentioned limited use, why? This product is good for a quick chain lube or basic maintenance when NO force or movement is applied to the bike. If you wash your bike, the bike movement will likely dislodge the lift. In this case, use a rear stand and a wood block under the side stand to keep the bike a straight as possible if you are solo. I bought this because the my bike is in a basement car park for my building, and I do not want to lug around a stand with tools and stuff for a quick work that needs the wheel up. It works well for this case. If you have a garage in a house, use a rear stand, it’s better and more stable..

I was hesitant to order this. I had what I needed to get the job done. This not only streamlined the process, but I can also carry this on the TW200 in my rear pack.Nice!

I purchased the 4th generation version. When I opened the box, I immediately noticed two screws were not screwed in completely, their heads were stripped, and I could not turn them with the included tool. The bracket they were supposed to secure was loose, but couldn't come off, so I decided to test the jack anyway to determine if it was worth a replacement.Well, it isn't. It wouldn't even budge my 600lb bike (there is no weight limit listed in description) and the handle suddenly stretched and snapped. The handle material is way too soft and too short to get proper leverage. This is junk. It may work on much lighter bikes, but even with no weight on it, the motion was not smooth or easy.I do not recommend 4th generation.
