Works great! Easy to connect just tap and go. Be sure to turn on the Bluetooth on the radio first. I had no issues with this product. I do recommend for APX models. I have no issues with sound. Long lasting battery, lasted my whole shift and some. I like the light could be a little bit brighter.

Does anyone know how to get mic back in to English? Or possibly resetting the mic.I accidentally hit Spanish during initial start up while I was trying to turn the volume down. Now I can’t get it back to English

Great remote mic for work. Battery last for a few 12 hour shifts before it needs to be recharged. Only reason I docked it a star is the price. So expensive. But I am very happy with it.

I ordered this for my Department radio. It was actually delivered well before the actual time they said it would be. I have been using this, and have zero issues. As far as the weight goes, it's not noticeable on the uniform shirt. You literally turn on the radio, turn on the remote speaker and touch the blue dots to one another, and it pairs right up. You DO HAVE to have the Bluetooth enabled in your radio first tho. The pairing took 3 seconds, no lie!!. I would like to have a replacement battery, and cannot find on amazon. I have found on the internet, but none come with the swivel clip. I also found the clip on the net, So ya know when you're looking for extras. All in all, very reasonable price for all that's included. (Charger,swivel clip and battery)

I was very pleased with how fast this shipped. The unit was very easy to set up. It is loud and clear. It fits perfect on my lapel strap on my class A shirt and it doesn’t feel like its heavy. I could see on civilian clothing it may be a little heavy. I highly recommend this company and this product. If anything changes I will update my rating.
