You can use the cutting board template to design your own board, to improve your creativity.
The template is finely crafted with protective film on both sides to avoid scratches during transportation.
Using template drawing and roughly cutting the shape along the edge of the template, then use it as a router guide with your flush trim router bit. Cut the wood according to the template shape.
It is the perfect tool for using as a router glide or tracing
Template thickness varies between 0.22"-0.25". Please ensure it is compatible with the height of your router guide bushings.
Will accommodate a 5/16" OD guide bushing. Larger ones might not fit in tighter areas of the template.

I know I can return this and I have once before, but dont think I should. The drive I have to make isn’t worth what I’m ordering. Right now I’m trying to super glue it together, but think the use of this template with a router will be dangerous.

There are places where the “cut outs” are smaller than 5/16”. I simply traced them and hand routed without the bushing. Filled it with white epoxy. A beautiful addition to a charcuterie board!

BUYER BEWARE: This template requires a flush trim bit(Amana 47222-s $40) in order to rout the inside perimeter. There are areas where a bushing will not fit.Template is high quality and seems cut by laser. What I don’t understand is, why make a template with inside corners you can’t fit a 5/16” bushing in? That size is smallest and most common for template routing. I don’t get it. Robert
