The quality is good, except it’s plastic rubbing on plastic when you’re moving the feet peddles back and forth. In an office setting it won’t work unless you want to annoy your coworkers. The feet beads do feel good on your feet, but I actually sent it back after trying it for a couple of minutes. It does the job, but it’s annoying with the noise it makes when using it. It could definitely improve

This foot rest is nice. I like the beads in the middle to massage you feet on. The side rests are a little stiff so they don't move freely without some effort. All in all it does the job.

I have to sit at my desk at least 10 hours a day. This is perfect for keeping me comfortable and allows me to fidget when I need to. Very sturdy

I’m 5’3 and needed something to rest my feet on when working from my home office. This is the perfect rest. It is adjustable not only up or down but also tilts forward and back. The message beads in the middle is an added bonus. Since using this I no longer have knee pain from dangling legs.

Easy to use, but is a little clunky when moving side pedals, easily adjusted and good quality for price.

It does its job. Comes with 4 height adjusters which add about an inch. Wish they sold just the adjusters but can get ahold of the company. Otherwise its a good footrest.
