I used MPC-100 as a base coat for an epoxy flake coating on a 500 sqft. garage floor. The 3 gallon kit was a good amount for that size garage (2-2.5 car). I purchase the "Stargazer" color and the Light Gray base coat color. It looks fantastic. 25lbs will broadcast about 80-90% on 500 sqft which gives it a layered, textured look. I went over it with MPC-275 Polyaspartic top coat (also sold on Amazon). Professional, durable, beautiful results at a fraction of the cost!
