Confirm your ceiling height first, then find the combination of your ceiling heights from the guidance diagram. My ceiling height 8ft, so I followed the this conbination rod① + rod② + rod③×5, then adjusted the spring button on rod②, it fit my ceiling perfectly! But if your ceiling fit right between two height, like 8.5ft, you can try either 8ft and 9ft to see which one can fit.

The product description explains which combination to use for different ceiling heights, and if the ceiling is right in between the two heights, you can test the combination for both adjacent heights. Since the height of my ceiling is 8.5ft, I tested both the 8ft and 9ft combinations, and adjust the spring buckles. Finally I found the perfect height for my ceiling!

After installation, you will get 3 vertical tension poles and 2 cross members. So there are 2 wasy to divide your space, L-shape mounting for small space and horizontal mounting for wide space. Just choose the way you need according your space.

Please note that there is no curtains included, you need to buy your own curtains. I do prefer to choose my own favorite curtains based on the decor of the room.

This metal has been thickened, so I can feel it is thicker and heavier than other curtain rod. So far, no problem supporting my curtains.

Came with a good instruction booklet which I appreciated, solid/sturdy enough parts and easily buildable without needing extra help. I needed something that didn't screw into walls ceiling or floor. I used this to cover up a storage area with jackets hanging. This still leaves everything accessible but looks clean now and this totally solved the problem. It expands to ten feet across too, it's adjustable depending on your needs.

Love it. It was hard to put up, but that's before I realized to take out some of the added pole pieces. The only thing I would suggest would be for each attachment piece to be able to screw into each, as when I took some large pieces out, I used some of the smaller piece from the blind bar to use on the poles going into the ceiling(I'm.in a basement and the basement rental ceiling isn't all leveled), so when you have to move the pole a bit the end piece came out, but it looks amazing. Also the top, where the silver knotches are, if the clip to handle the bar can go up further, because there is that large gap at the top(between ceiling and blind rod). I'm happy with it though; however it did take a while to finally get it up and framed, but putting the pieces together is easier then eating steak. Lol.
