Finding the perfect shampoo for your doggo can be challenging. Balancing effective cleaning, a cost effective volume and the right ingredients can rule out many options. Enter the 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner & deodorizer from Mrs Meyer’s.Promising to cleanse, nourish and deodorize your dog in a single step, this shampoo product actually does a fairly decent job of delivering on that promise. From a cleansing perspective, this shampoo delivers fairly good results, in-fact close to the results of the best shampoos we’ve used. Where this goes further is in attempting to nourish their coat with conditioning agents. It’s hard to be objective in regards to the performance of this, but overall I think our dog's coat feels well-enough conditioned to skip a stand alone conditioning product. As for the scent, it is quite nice. I do regret saying that the ingredients list does include “fragrance/parfum” which is not an ingredient you want to see in a sensitive skin/coat product or any product for that matter. The shampoo products we have tried from Douxo for example https://amzn.to/3FaEvdd have a nice scent and odor control but lack the inclusion of “fragrance,” which is problematic for some pets and some humans alike. Our personal preference is to steer clear of fragrance when possible but each person's opinion will obviously vary.So maybe it would be best said that this 3-in-1 shampoo is a solid choice for most pet owners, especially those who aren’t looking to store multiple shampoos and conditioners in favor of just owning one product. Again, I think the product is mostly great, but the fragrance ingredient (not the smell) is a detraction. Also, if you have the space for multiple products you will get better results by using a dedicated deep cleaning shampoo, a finishing shampoo and a conditioner separately. That’s our most successful 3 stage bath that we’ve developed for our dog. But again, for the right dog owner, I think this product is just what many people are asking for. I’m split between 4 and 5 stars. Where it personally is 4, I think most people would find it to be a 5 star with less concern over fragrancing.

Sprayed this white peach-scented deodorizing spray on my pup to refresh his coat in between baths. The scent is a nice, peachy, perfume-like scent, but it is quite strong initially and did linger days afterwards. I’m not sure my dog likes the smell, though, because every chance he gets, he rolls himself in wet grass or dirt on walks, almost as if to get rid of the smell. However, his cat brother and other dog friends also noticed the scent, too, because they kept sniffing him.It took about 8-10 spritzes to cover my medium-sized dog’s dense double coat, I and brushed him out afterwards to disperse it. I normally use wipes or a leave-in mousse, and these usually don’t leave a residue on my dog’s fur, but the spray did. It was subtle, though, and not too grimey or unpleasant when I pet him — just ever-so-slightly oily.However, the deodorizing part stands out. Even after rolling in dirt, wet grass and even being lightly rained on, five days later I can still smell a very light fragrance on his coat and nothing "doggy."

Mrs. Meyers is well known for their top notch soaps to take care of hands, dishes and other things. They've now brought that knowledge and experience to a great 3-in-1 dog shampoo. In my case, the new shampoo arrived just in time for the melt of early spring, also known as dirty dog season when our white dog seems to frequently came back into the house a rather muddy color instead.This gave me plenty of early opportunity to try out the new Mrs. Meyers shampoo and I'm pleased to say that it has my dog back to her normal fluffy self. Not only did it help get the mud out quickly and easily, but also left her with a much more pleasant (though not overpowering, even when you're washing with it) smell. Her coat seems to be nice and healthy despite repeated washings (at least of her legs) and best of all, she seems to be quite content with the shampoo during washing and after, which is a big plus.The bottle is decently sized though of course how much you use will depend on the size of your dog and their hair length. For our 15lb fairly short haired girl, the bottle should last a long time and should end up being a good value. So if you're in the market for new shampoo for your furry best friend, this is a great product from a great name in the soap business. Give it a try today!

Love, Love, LOVE the smell of this 3 in 1 shampoo in white peach! I have two furry dogs who seem to live for rolling in grass and mud every chance they get and it does not help that the big one is WHITE. However, I hate giving them too many baths because they hate it and I do think it dries out their skin that leads to more itching. I believe this is a great product because I could tell from the first bath that the suds were not harsh on my own hands and left both dogs feeling/looking clean with shiny coats that did not reek of perfume scent with underlying wet dog smell. This product seems to be a good balance of gentle cleaner with conditioner that deodorized the coats and seemed to keep their skin from drying out. Although my dogs hating baths is not product-related, I am very happy with this product and would certainly buy again with recommendations to my dog-owning friends!!
