These are clearly injection molded parts. Uhmw can only be machined or powder compression molded. I'm guessing it's some sort fiber reinforced nylon. I'm stuck using them for now until I get real uhmw. Penny parts, and the sleeves are maybe $20-30 max to buy a chunk of STAINLESS tube to make your own. So you are paying at least 2x the price of what they cost to make. Just to have it packaged and sent to your door.
