Designed with superior traction and floatation for hiking, breaking trail, trekking, and extended winter trips, they provide exceptional performance and all-day comfort in varied conditions. Rugged, plastic decking offers rock-solid durability, and provides torsional flex and floatation. Easy-to-engage Ergo Televator heel lifts offer help on the steeps, reducing fatigue. The MSR Revo Explore Snowshoes are compatible with MSR Modular Floatation Tails (sold separately), for extra floatation when carrying heavier loads, or encountering changing snow conditions. Available in two sizes to accommodate a range of body weights and gear loads: 22-inch snowshoes measure 8 x 22 inches, weigh 4 pounds/pair, and carry a 180-pound load; 25-inch snowshoes measure 8 x 25 inches, weigh 4.3 pounds/pair, and carry up to 220 pounds. Bindings fit men’s shoe sizes 4.5-15. Maximize maneuverability with the smallest snowshoe that will float body weight/gear load (outerwear, backpack, trekking poles). Sold as a pair. Made in the USA. The color options arent the best but these things took me through 10 miles, 2600 ft elevation gain with no issues! Great purchase and good product. Will change rating if I experience issues

Stood up well to a weekend backcountry hike in the Victorian Alps. The heel raisers were a calf saver!

I bought an earlier version of these before the pandemic hit. At first I was skeptical about the durability of the straps but they have held up for several winters of frequent use.I just use the front strap and keep the back one closed. Step in and out. So fast and easy. They grip on slippery slopes and are comfortable to use.The one downside is that they don't float well on fresh powder. Wish I had purchased the extenders but I rarely break deep trail. These have been a joy to use compared to my older and more frustrating ones. And I live in Alaska where good snowshoes are important.

I run a snowshoe guiding business and own eight pairs. My customers love them as do I. These climb steep slopes like a dream and the bottom claw system brakes well on the down hill steeps. Easy to put on and they stay on. They’re durable including the straps. These snowshoes are not designed for unbroken, deep powdery snow but they’re perfect for broken trails and less deep or hard packed conditions. No snowshoe is designed for all conditions. Happy snowshoeing!

It needs 2 toe straps. Very uncomfortable and unsecure.
