The Plates are strong. I wish the hook holes were reinforced.Also, if using the lift plates after the DOD/AFM delete, the plates will not sit flush to the valley, due to the oil tower block offs for the LS and LT engines.It still works! just do not over torque them as it will pull it down unevenly. My block offs are up .090 of an inch.
