This product comes with a rusty spot. It is heavy and thicker than the traditional tofu spoon. And the thickness of this spoon is just too thick to scoop oil or tofu because traditional tofu spoon should be razor thin. I didn't try to use it with food because of the rust, but I got tired by just holding it for a little while so I would say it is not easy to use to scoop/serve 5-gallon of tofu pudding. The wooden handle gets loose and comes off easily on itself. It would be a disaster during use.
