I was going to send it back because it is so small, but decided to try it out. Glad I did. It heats up quickly. The temperature adjusts efficiently. It cools down almost as quickly as it heats up. Cleans up easily and to my surprise, the handles are a great utensil rest. I guess I'm keeping it.

So far we love this little thing. I've already made Takoyaki and Kanom Khok which you can see in photo is a popular Thai street food.So easy to clean, nonstick surface is truly nonstick. Don't need to add lots of oil, just tiny amount which is more healthy than greasy ones.

Low heat - causes cooking time to be twice longer. However, it was easy to clean. I returned it because it took my cooking time longer than usual.

I would love to post a video but please check out the lady that received 2 hole trays at the same time. it is quality and best price quality ratio on amazon. heats evenly with designed heating rail contact. perfect buy. will update after a year. thinking buying 10s of these to run food cart business.
