The product needs to be assembled in very specific way. It should have labels of which side is left or right, ap or down. None is clearly labled. So, it's so hard to assemble. By the way, I'm very handy, but not for this awning! Very frustrating experience of working on this.And, the fabric color faded just after a few weeks! Don't buy this cheap crap!

It was easy to assemble. Took me 2 hours by my self with an espresso break between.I have it now for two days. So far no complaints

I was a little worried about purchasing this product as I had seen reviews where the product came damaged or people had a hard time putting it together. I was able to build 2 units in about an hour each, which watching TV. For the install, I did get better screws, as the ones they provide are not great, but other than that, the whole thing an overall good experience.

We like it very much,however the directions were a little troublesome. It was not clear,to us anyway, which way or side was which. We got some things backwards and had to take them apart and redo them. Once we got it all figured out it’s good.

the instructions were a little vague, but my husband and I had it put together an installed in a couple hours. Would recommend this product and plan on purchasing another one for the deck.

Do not leave rolled out in the rain! I did the very first night and metal bent and is unusable. So one nights use out of it and boom…no good anymore. They were not calling for rain or I would have rolled in.
