Habe es an meinem Canyon Neuron lautentsprechend der Anleitung montiert. Funktioniert bis jetzt tadellos und hat schon mehrere schwere Schläge auf das Kettenblatt verhindert.

I was skeptical at first about this bash guard because of the price. You get what you pay for, right? Not the case with this one. Awesome guard! Easy to install and looks great. Works as expected.

This product is extremely nice and affordable compared to its competitor brands that cost around $60 for practically the same item. Fits perfect and has a very tough nylon plastic piece that reduces noise when striking rocks.Highly recommended by me to anybody.Great product.I do wish they made the same model, but with the integrated chain guide, but if you want to add a chain guide, there is an extra washer you remove that will keep everything flush and nice and neat.

Installation was easy, you’ll need a Bottom Bracket tool and Crank Arm Puller to do this yourself. It fits great and provides plenty of protection. It’s a good solid construction, and a great value. I would recommend looking up Chicken Sendies on YT for installation guidance. I also put a dap of blue Loctite on the bolts to ensure they don’t back out. I highly recommend this bash guard, and will purchase in the future.

First impressions is that this will hold up well. I’ve purchased name brand bash guards in the past and this looks every bit as good. Adapter and main bracket are both milled aluminum while the bash guard itself is nylon (as opposed to cheap hard plastic like some Chinese made products), same as name brands. My one criticism is that the BSA adapter is maybe 1-2mm larger ID than the bottom bracket, so there’s a slight bit of play. I pushed up on the guard while tightening the BB plenty in order to hedge against any movement if/when guard takes any hits. I don’t get the impression that it would do any damage other than normal, but suspect it may cause the guard to rotate depending on the angle of impact. That said, this is sort of an accepted risk for any BSA to ISCG adapter, so I’m ok with that. Conclusion: totally worth it.

Update--Seller provided a replacement part so gets a rating bump to 4*.----The two fasteners they use from the factory to hold the assembly together bottom out before taking the slack up between the plastic and aluminum. The plastic therefore wobbles even when everything is installed properly. The male threaded pieces should be longer to allow for more engagement, and the female pieces should be shorter so they don’t bottom out into the aluminum before the plastic is secure.I have asked the manufacturer for a response and will update if they provide one.The good news is that I was able to install everything on a 32T Shimano ring without pulling the crank.

Couldn't even install it. The bolt holes are about 1/4 inch off. Another Chinese random letter brand that doesn't fit.

It was relatively self explanatory- which is good because there was no instructions 😂

Just what in needed. The BB adapter fit well and was easy to install. I've bottomed out on rocks a few times without any damage.
