Incomplete order black gasket that goes behind faucets when mounting to shower stall.Second time ordering this valve kit and the same gasket is missing to complete install. Getting kind of disappointed with the quality control you people have. Gonna return both and get a refund and try somebody else. Put this on your review status.

We received the package that was shipped overnight for an emergency need. Received the package and most of the parts were missing. Now we have to wait an additional 2 Days to receive. Not very happy.
