My order was received timely, but broken. I contacted the seller and they replied within hours. A new one was shipped quickly and received in beautiful condition. Accidents happen, and I appreciate the customer service and rectifying the issue at rush speed. My decanter is gorgeous, and I can't wait to give this gift to my wine loving uncle. Definitely a seller I would use again!

This was a Christmas gift for my father in law who makes his own wine. It was very pretty. They are using it as a decorative piece and not as a decanter.

The decanter didn't fit my personal preference, so I wasn't very happy with the product. However, I'm giving 5 stars because the store gave me a full refund within three hours of submitting my return request! Customer service was wonderful, and I will definitely keep this store in mind for any future purchases.

The bottle has a nice design, reminds me of "I dream of Jeanie" but nice to pour from. I gave this as a gift and she was absolutely thrilled to see her name and birthdate on this decanter. Always remember, if you can put a name on the gift on something as unique as this you will be loved forever. People love seeing their names on something permanent and it made this decanter that much more special.
