The anodize faded from the sun in just a few months and now it's pink. For this price that shouldn't happen!

Installed this on the end of my new winch. It looks great and appears to be well made.

Hubby bought this for his winch and it works well and it's overly big.

Really like this product. Ordered it for my warn winch and didn’t want to spend a lot for the brand name. This one does the job. Took me a minute to figure out how to remove the clip but used some tweezers and it popped out. Easy install. Couple minutes. Hasn’t rusted or chipped thus far. Overall happy with purchase!

Excellent value. I got returned unit which didn't matter because it was in perfect condition. I had no issues with the pin. Those haters that couldn't get the pin in/out either dont know how to use a snap ring or just don't have any problem solving skills. It is a little bigger and heavier than expected but thats probably what it needs to be and isn't a deal breaker.Overall it is exactly what I needed. I bought it so I could real in my rope and get it out of the sun. It does that perfectly and looks sexy doing it.

I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived. It's strong, looks great, and works great. Installed very easy, I've done a couple pulls on it and it holds up just fine. Looks and works better than my standard winch hook.

l can’t find a 5/8” shackle with a wide enough mouth, 3/4” shackle mouth fits but pin is to big

This piece is solid. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. The only problem, and it's very minor, is that the cutout for the winch line thimble could be a mm deeper. On my Warn Synthetic line, I had to file the inside of the thimble down to get the pin to go through. It was probably only enough to scrape the paint off but if they machined it as little as one mm deeper into that pocket, it would have been perfect. Nonetheless, I doubt filing my thimble down compromised the capacity of the line since is was such a tiny amount. I bought two of these and the second one is on an Amazon cheapo synthetic line. That one worked perfectly. At a fraction of the cost of the name brand stuff, this one is well worth the investment.

Good quality for the price. It takes some patience to get the pin out I had to soak it with wd40 and vice grips.

Installed and used for the first time last weekend. Make sure you have a C-clip pliers to install. I like the look although it looks kind of like a nose below my two flood lights. I didnt think that one through i guess. For the price you cant beat it compared to the name brand ones. The rubber did fall out of the back when I used it last weekend although Im just going to glue it back into the tabs, it initially is just a friction fit. No concerns with strength, I winched a JKU out of a mud up to its bumpers with no problem.
