The pan was not well packaged and arrived bent. The item itself is excellent.

The form is of poor quality - the bottom is "dancing" when the form is closed. The seal is so flimsy that it allows the dough to escape. Very disappointing.

This is the largest one I could find on Amazon for Panettone making (not limited to any one holiday). So keep in mind that it is not as large as a traditional Panettone, so measure carefully before you purchase, and adjust your recipe accordingly.
