I love this tree! It was easy to put up and take down, and was full and beautiful. The soft lights throughout gave off the loveliest holiday vibe, and I spent evenings just so happy and content to sit admiring the tree. My best purchase of the season and under $200!

Wanted a tree that wasn’t going to take up the whole room in our first home! I also didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a tree that won’t be used for long as our main tree! It was pretty and after fluffing it looked great!

Pleasantly surprised! We decided to buy a smaller tree this because being our age it's getting tougher to manhandle an 8' tree. We don't have family around so this size tree is actually perfect. The fullness of the tree is reall surprising and the lights are very bright. We may add color to the tree to tone down the brightness, but overall, its a cool tree. We set it on an old nightstand and it brought it to 6'. We thought we might get a shorter stand but actually like it this way. I would definately recommend.

I was skeptical ordering a tree online. However, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of this tree. It does take some time to fluff it properly but that’s with any artificial tree. The branches are full and spaced nicely. If I had to give it any criticism it would be more lights! There’s plenty to be sure and it casts a wonderful glow as is-I just personally like more lights. Thats easily remedied though. The flocking is a nice change and it does fall off a very little bit when initially assembling the tree but not an excessive amount at all. We got this in the 9’ and it’s absolutely beautiful. I would 100% buy it again and recommend this to anyone.

We ordered a 9’ flocked slim tree. After assembling, the top section of the tree had noticeably different colored lights. I messaged Naomi Home to try to get another top section without returning the whole tree, but they asked me the same question, “what part number?” About 10 times over the course of three days. It seemed like I was getting emails from a bot even though it was always from a different name. Then, instead of mailing me a new top section to fix the issue (like they offered to), they asked me if I would accept qn eighteen dollar credit to keep the defective tree. No thanks.Instead, I ordered another *identical tree* to try to correct the situation. When we received it, it was completely different than the first one. The parts from one tree didn’t look anything like the parts from the first tree. It was also only 8’5” tall, not 9’.I packed the second tree back in the original box and returned it because it was defective. Naomi home sent me a prepaid label for the package. But a week after returning it I got a notice that $54 had been deducted from my total refund for postage. Not cool. The return was due to their error - not mine. Amazon third party guarantee confirmed that I was due the whole refund.Yesterday I got an email from Naomi refunding $48 of the $54 they took for postage. It’s not even worth the hassle to contact Amazon again to get the additional $6.Bottom line, if you get a defective tree, they want YOU to pay to send it back to them. But one from someone else. Naomi Home’s customer service is terrible.
