Bike components cost alot, but not this one. Works as intended, looks good and saves money for the other expenses (like a dropper seat post).

Just received, so won't know quality until a few rides in the trails are complete. But looks and fit perfect for the Shimano XT I have. Lightweight and feels like quality. Wish the back of chainring was inset at the holes for better seating of the round nuts but thats not a performance issue.

Beautifully anodized and well machined. Doesn't fit my Raceface Ride XC cranks (pictured), but that's my mistake for not checking the clearance beforehand. It's a great chainring, and I look forward to using it on another crankset.

I bought the version that includes chainring bolts. The chainring itself has threaded holes for the chainring bolts, which do not include the female part that you normally insert from the back. The chainring seems fine. The bolts are lightweight, but they are made in such a way that the bolt heads and the threaded cylinder don’t have much material in common. The bolt heads have very little material connecting them to the threaded cylinder, and the heads twist off very easily, because the cylinder part does not grip the when key. Basically, when a hex key is inserted, all the torque from the hex key is being delivered to a very small area of aluminum where the threaded cylinder part attaches to the head. The chainring and the bolts themselves both had “12 Nm” printed on them, but the head on one of the bolts failed at

Waste of money. Won't fit the middle chainring mounts on my 104bcd Sram crank. Shown is the same size ring from Sram laid over the RocRide ring. Holes line up, but due to poor manufacturing, the tabs won't allow it to mount on the inside of my crank. Absolutely dissatisfied with this and will be returning it. Manufacturer needs to get their quality control figured out. Wish I'd read the bad reviews before purchasing this. Buyer beware!!!EDIT: RocRide apparently is well aware of the issue that these rings will NOT find most Sram and Shimano cranks. Why would you not remedy the situation? This isn't that hard of a fix by inspecting your manufacturing processes.EDIT: Seller refunded purchase price. Changed rating to 3 stars from 1 star.EDIT: Ordered a new ring from a better know brand. Ring bolted on in the middle mounts with no issues whatsoever. Uploaded another picture showing where the issue is. The tabs are too long near the mount holes and interfere with the crank. Maybe this works for some people, but not everyone. Buyer beware. You've been warned.

The machine work on the ring is nice, but it arrived bent. (It shipped in an envelope, so I suspect that's the shopper's fault) I straightened it up and it's fine now.

Excellent narrow wide teeth layout, seems to be made of very good materials and processes. The chainring is solid aluminum and appears to have been CNCed from a single piece of metal before being anodized blue. At this price I was expecting it to be painted, but it seems only the white letters are painted. The anodizing is very well done, with a nice deep sapphire blue finish and a glossy metallic appearance. Only a few bits on the corners appear to have not been perfectly anodized, but it's only noticeable if you really get close. The bolts are also very well made, and fit perfectly. I haven't put many miles on it yet, but so far so good. Overall I am very surprised at such high quality at this price and would recommend it to anyone.

Got it for a single speed build, seems to hold up well but i guess my only complaint would be that's it's a bit noisier than the chainring it's replacing. Lightweight and so far hasn't broken!
