I’ve been using nasal irrigation for last two weeks, and it has been a game changer for me. I rinse my nose regularly due to an allergy. The device is straightforward and easy to use with a bit of practice. There are two settings on the device, high flow and low flow. Cleanup is a breeze, and my bathroom counter is much cleaner after making the switch. I would highly recommend it.

I was hoping this would be a good replacement for my neti pot. My first experience was a disaster. The pressure was just to high for the level of congestion I had. Water went through my inner ear, down my throat, it was painful. I didn't give it up though and tried and when I was a little less congested and was able to hold my breath for most of it. I still had some leakage but not to my inner ear. I think it work better if there were a smaller nasal pillow option. To me they were just too big and uncomfortable. I couldn't fit them to stop the water from leaking out.

I've never used a Neti pot so I can't compare this to that, but this thing really clears you out. It definitely takes some getting used to and being comfortable with, but if you let it work it really helps clear those nasal passages. Very easy to use and put together. One side shoots water up your nose and the other side sucks the water out. It was a weird feeling having the water pass through. Sometimes I was too congested that the water couldn't pass, so I just stopped pressing the button.I appreciate that you are provided with a large bag of saline mixes.Tip: Pour your sterile water into the side with the larger opening of the container. I also just used the end of the tube to mix the saline solution better with the water. Also, make sure to use it with your head facing forward, not down.

Even on the low setting this item was painful to use. The suction and delivery pumps are not balanced. There seems to only be one pump possibly so delivery and suction are intermittent. It started off with extreme suction with very little product being delivered which was a little painful and then went into delivering too much product with it squirting out the sides, out of my mouth and causing ear and eye pain. I may end up with something similar to swimmers ear or an ear infection now. This was on the low setting. I have used a manual irrigation bottle for years so I'm accustomed to sinus rinses but this product is something I can't use.Does not come with salt packets so keep that in mind as well when considering the price.

First off...I would like to say that this product works absolutely amazing!! The dual motor system is next level, however...it is not waterproof🫨! The unit I purchased worked great the first 3-4 nights, then it started to act up. The bottom button stopped working, then it wouldn't turn off so I opened the battery compartment and water came dripping out. The batteries and terminals already had rust after 1 week! I set it aside to dry out for 10 days, cleaned the terminals, and put new batteries.... nothing...and I can return it for a refund 😫

The irrigator works as expected clearing out nasal passages. The nasal tips are on the large size and takes some time to position. Easy to use and clean.
