Stupid design leaving off the smallest pipes on the hand tool . If you leave anything off its 7/9 sell more hydronic/ electric sets . But really extra deep bells and 1/8-7/8 is doable. So is integrating a reamer into the handle. Im not saying its trash .im just disappointed in its ..... less then useful design then my 5$ ebay one ( which broke but after 2 years . Just why

Is this my go-to tool for swaging? Absolutely not. I’d rather be using a hydraulic hand swager. But this tool will definitely go with my tubing tools for when I need it.Fair warning: it does require a bit of finesse. If you just shove the tool into the tube and crank it down as hard as you can it’ll tear the copper. You have to press it down enough to barely get the copper to stretch, then let off pressure and spin the tube a bit, and repeat until it’s the right size. Then you have to use it to kinda form the tube into a circle because it will come out ovular.Once you get the technique down it is capable of making quick and fairly consistent swages.

The tool is useless , looks pretty good and like it could work but it doesn’t , when you open it it’s not round and instead breaks the copper every time , don’t recommend this at all , spend more money and buy another tool , this one is not worth it .

Great tool saves time and money. Was skeptical at first there’s many different varieties of this same tool but I’ve used it a dozen times now seems to be holding up well In the hvac biz so the least amount of braze joints the less chance for leaks. Definitely a great tool to have pretty compact and light.

Everyone that swages copper tubing should have one of these. I use it on 3/8, 3/4 and 7/8” tubing.

EASY TO USE, FITS IN YOUR BACK POCKET. USE A SCRAP AND IN A FEW SECONDS YOU GOT IT DOWN. DON'T LET OTHERS USE IT OR IT WILL BE GONE.

Pretty sweet tool. I prefer it over the hammer swedge tool.
