We decided to step up our lawn care regimen this summer. We bought these and they are a lot of fun to wear while making the lawn a lot healthier. They have very durable springs and are heavy duty plastic and fit over your shoes or boots. We have a smaller lawn and it takes about an hour to do the whole thing, and it also offers great exercise while you're doing it.

Heavy duty and easy to put on. I only weigh 125lbs so I have to rock back and forth a little as I walk. Best to use on soft ground after a good rain. Universal fit for average feet. Functions as designed.

I used these shoes after a couple of days of rain and they worked great! They made good enough holes and in some cases broke up the dirt pretty well. They have to be washed down afterwards because the mud accumulated in between the two plates. And if you have a large foot the plates won't fit your foot well. But the straps held pretty well.I reccomended this product

These are ok. The spikes are mild steel, so they’re pretty easy to bend on a rock or root. Spikes also need to be tightened periodically. I have been pleased with the hold of the Velcro straps—I do not find myself stopping frequently to retighten.

I use it on clay soil after rain when ground was not too soft. This work out great. Due to spring dirt falls off and does not stick too much. Minimal cleaning needed during use. My feet is big so even then it was little big but due to strap worked out well and stay tight.

Es epoca de sequia y con los aereadores se aprovecha mejor el agua porque enrra directo a la raiz. Aun cuando el riego es en la noche la superficie está caliente por lo que el paso del agua directa al subsuelo evita despetdicio. El pasto ha mejorado desde que los uso.

I was really liking these spiked shoes until they cracked on the first use. The crack occurred where the spring housing mounts to the lower plate. That being said, I could technically still use them but I wish they were made a little tougher. The straps did hold well which was a plus. .

First let me say these look well made and great for the purpose of aerating your lawn.Second let me say "universal fit up to size 49" is a massive lie. Size 49 in US sizing is a size 15 men's shoe. Try using these with anything that large and you will surely be in the hospital with broken bones or a twisted ankle. I am 6'1" with a size 12 US men's shoe (43 in UK) and I could not even put these on.With shoe in the heel position, the aeration shoe platform barely reaches the ball of my foot behind the big toe. Essentially this is wearing 3 inch platform heels with zero surface area or contact points for your toes. None.Would be very awkward to use these and maintain any modicum of balance and stability using only your heels. Stand up straight and you'll be falling forward instantly as you're supposed to walk heel, toe, heel toe and so forth. Should really have a larger size option for anyone over the height of 5'8" as a larger shoe would fit average men.Great product. Poor sizing for many. Be careful. The photos shoe a full shoe in the platform. Has to be a size 8 boot pictured to fit these.
