This mug is terrible in everyway. It is very lightweight feels like its going to topple over when you fill it. Since its lightweight it feels very cheap and doesn't keep anything hot or cold. Lid is very loose and never feels like it is going to stay on. Glue from them gluing on the emblem was all across the front and the emblem was crooked. This is a total waste of money, I wish I could give negative stars to show how terrible of a purchase this was.

I disliked this mug for ...1. the UK was partly coming off of the cup I had to glue it back on the cup so it wouldnt fall off.2. the lid dont tighten up.

Terrible!!! This item was a gift and I am so embarrassed to have given such a poorly made gift. The USC logo fell off after the second use. The lid had a piece of the inner rim that broke off almost immediately. The cup is very thin and poorly made. Would never purchase again!

the cup itself is fine, but the school logo is just a stick-on thing - it literally fell off pulling it out of the box. do not buy from this company.

The mug is exactly as advertised. It is light but sturdily crafted- all stainless steel with no plastic liner. The top is stopper-style (not a screw top) so the beverage opening can be adjusted for left- or right-handed drinkers. The lip is a little deep and it's a bummer that it can't go in the dishwasher, but that's okay. It's very nice.
