Bought this on Dec. 7th 2024. Only use it for recording podcast once a week, so maybe 10 times and it's already stopped working

I like this mic for the sound quality. I do not like the switch which rotates between recording level and two other things. I would prefer a single, exclusive switch for the recording level. Secondly it has no marks. You really don't know what level you are recording at, unless you test it first. And it seems like the recording level can change when you unplug this mic from your computer, and then plug it in again. This is a hassle. But it sounds quite good.UPDATE: I changed this from four stars to five. The tone is so great I ordered a second mic for another use. It is a small price to pay to check audio levels before recording (since there are no gain markings), considering you get such a great quality of audio that you do not even need to EQ it. And I cannot say this about hardly any other mic I have previously used, save the Rode NT1 (4th gen). How you can get this great a tone with this cheap a price is beyond me.

This condenser mic has amazing clarity and "range". I use it for vocals in a room full of people and the directionality is really great. My old mic picked up all the room noise, but this mic amplified voice in a broad range of positions without the room noise. I hooked the mic to my computer and played my acoustic guitar in front of it and the rich tones and harmonics picked up with the Bumblebee II was the KIND! At the price I paid for it (70% off) was an wonderful purchase. Go get it!

Integrierter Popfilter aber keine Entkopplung. Vibrationen werden übertragen und die Regler und Mute-Button sind deutlich zu hören. Warum kein Touch? Der Preis war ca. 50€ und die Aufnahmequalität ist gut aber es gibt einige Alternativen im gleichen Preissegment.

Ich bin überaus begeistert von diesem Mikrofon. Gerade für den Preis für knapp 47€. Ich dachte, da wäre mehr Plastik dran, aber es wirkt äußerst solide. Es hat ein gutes Gewicht und ist klein genug, damit es nicht in Blickfeld gelangt. Das Tischstativ steht schön fest und verrutscht nicht. Ich könnte es mit dem mitgelieferten Adapter auch an den Arm schrauben, aber ich denke das so.Das USB-Kabel ist gerade so ausreichend lang, dass ich es über den Tisch nach hinten zum Rechner führen kann, wenn das Mikro direkt vor mir vorne am Tischrand steht. Länger wäre aber besser gewesen.Die Tonqualität insgesamt ist super. Mit etwas Nachjustierung in OBS mit Filtern werden auch die restliche Empfindlichkeit von den Tastatur- und Mäuseklicks entfernt.Mir ist außerdem aufgefallen, dass das Rädchen für die Mikroverstärkung (grünes Licht) gar keine Auswirkung hat. Das ist natürlich schade, aber dann regle ich das eben über Windows.

USB mics used to be seen as an inferior audio product. This one is shockingly good. This is also an example of the old phrase, punching above its weight. I know that these products from neat were developed for a much higher price point. The microphone segment is so crowded and so competitive that you can always find heavily discounted gems out there, and this is definitely one of them. Especially if I'm on the road and I need to do an audition for a client, I'm completely satisfied with the sound quality. In a pinch, in the right space, you could get away with doing pro work on this thing. Just buy one, or two..

It’s one hell of a microphone and a pretty good headphones amp. Plenty of adjustments on the audio and no clipping on the pass through mode. It could use a shock mount or arm. But that’s to be expected for desk use. It is pretty easy to attach to a arm so that also a great plus

As a voice actor, having great microphones is essential. Normally you go with XLR mics because you have more control over the quality and such, but when you're in a pinch, sometimes you just gotta grab a USB mic, and this is where the Bumblebee II works perfectly!The audio quality on this microphone is outstanding for it's price. The entire pick-up is very balanced and neutral, making for recordings that do not sound artificial or overly boosted in any frequency range. The low self-noise also puts it above most USB mics.The only flaw I've seen with this mic is the inability to use it on my PS4 or PS5. Im unsure if this mic works with Xbox, as I don't have one, but if it worked with my PS5, I would be over the moon! So unfortunately, I will probably have to cough up like $25-30 for one of the cheap FiFine mics to use in that case.If you're looking for a versatile mic that can work on just about every situation, and deliver professional level results, the Bumblebee II is absolutely a mic worth looking into.Update (Feb. 13, 2023): After noticing some people stating their mic works on PS5, I decided to contact Neat and ask them myself last week. The rep confirmed to me that the mic was supposed to be compatible with my console. He stated my unit was defective, immediately asked for my mic's serial number as well as my address, and without a question, shipped a replacement which arrived today. Sure enough, this unit does work on my PS5. I went from being extremely happy with my mic to being over the moon. Thank you so much, Neat!
