Fits well, but didn’t like the plastic seems front and in the back I wanted to wear it more as a training belt not a corset or girdle type

I ordered a medium but am so disappointed that it is too small. I should have gotten a large as this is entirely too tight to even be comfortable.

I almost returned this because I thought it was too small. After squeezing myself into it once, I decided to keep it.I started wearing it less than a week after giving birth to help with my diastasis recti. Now, you're not supposed to wear corsets after birth, because they can cause uterine prolapse. I will say, every time I wear this, I'm WAY more incontinent and I feel way more pressure on my pelvic floor. Because of this, I only wear it now and then while I rely on a small exercise routine to help with the ab separation. But overall, it's very comfy! I've worn this off and on for three weeks. I can eat and not feel too bloated and tight. It's gotten easier and easier to fit into, which I hope means my stomach is going down. Very glad I kept it! Hope it helps with my organs moving back into the right places.(FYI, I did not have a c-section, which usually requires a belly band for healing)

I’m absolutely thrilled with my Nebility Women's Waist Trainer! The quality is exceptional, and the comfort level is superb. I've worn it under dresses, tops, and even workout clothes, and it's been a game-changer.The compression is just right - not too tight, not too loose. It smooths out my silhouette and gives me a confidence boost. I've received so many compliments on how great I look! The material is breathable, and the design is flattering. I love that it's available in various sizes and colors to suit different tastes and preferences.Overall, I highly recommend the Nebility Women's Waist Trainer to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and effective shapewear solution. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could!"

I ordered 1 of these without the hooks and also ordered the one with the hooks both size Medium. Without wearing this unhooks waist trimmer my waist measurement was 33 1/2" and my stomach was 40". With this on my waist measurement was 32 3/4" and stomach 39" so not a dramatic change. Also this one is about 3/4-1" longer than the one with hooks and this does roll at the top (even when I pulled it down more just to see if it would still roll). I am 5'2 1/2" with a longer torso for my short height and it is too long for me. If you have some back fat it will push it to above the product and you will need to wear a slimming control tank to assist with smoothing that area out. Since the slimming was minimal if I had ordered a Large it would have done nothing to decrease/smooth me out. I will be requesting a refund/return for this one. The one with the hooks decreased me waist by 2" and my stomach by 2 3/4" which is wonderfull but I must warn you that it takes about 8 minutes to get into it and after wearing it for 5 hours my back did start to hurt. This one I wore on the largest size hooks and if I would had ordered a large I would have to wear on the smallest size hooks, not received the dramatic decrease affect, and after a couple of months I feel that with stretching it would not achieve the same affect. The hooked one also does the same pushing of your back fat up above the product. I did read from another review that this one can be cut so it doesn't go so high up.

UPDATE: The small and medium fit the same (both too small - could barely get it to fasten on the first/loosest row for either of them). I tried a large and that's almost a bit big and it's really long (even though I have a longer torso) and digs into my rib area. I liked the material and then compression/back support and it's a nice shaper, but for my body shape, it's just not going to work so I'm going to just have to throw in the towel and try something different.I am 5'4, 130lb with a 31 inch waist and have a longer torso. I normally wear a size 4 pant and when I looked at the the size guide it said I should be an extra small by pant size but by waist inches it said I should be a medium so I compromised and got a size small shaper. When i received the shaper I put it around me and could barely get the fasteners to fasten but was able to finally get it fastenened, but only on the loosest row. Even then it seemed like it was going to split apart from being too tight. My advice would be NOT to go by the US pant size but rather the waist inches size listed. I've never worn a size 12 in pants but by inches, I'm assuming a medium would have worked better so i'm going to return the small and get a medium.

Ordered product for my wife, and this is what she had to say: I ordered this product because I am 41 and had a baby 9 months ago, so needless to say its a lot harder to get back into shape at my age. I have other shapewear, but it just wasn't quite strong enough for me. I needed something that could help me get back into my regular clothes again without all the unslightly lumps and bumps. I ordered it one size smaller because when I ordered my size in other shapewear, it always seemed like I could go down a size.I ordered the XL. It fits very snug, I considered returning it and getting the proper size for me- I am 5'5 and 197 lbs, and typically wear a size 16. But I will keep what I ordered because I am hoping to lose a little weight and this should help keep me all tucked in whie I do. The hardest part for me was getting all the hooks done up. I found it easiest to do as much as possible and slide it up then finish hooking them, in order. If I skipped over it was too snug of a fit to get them to hook with ease, especially with my pudgy fingers.
