If you're a student of Peter Han's Dynamic Sketching you may have seen this type of paper on the Discord. I bought a sample paper from another website and was shocked. There is a HUGE difference between using ink on something like the Strathmore Tonned Tan vs this paper. The paper is way smoother and you'll have more clearer lines and control. With the Strathmore, its just too rough and you're lines won't be as accurate. The Strathmore will make you feel like its your fault as an artist for being incapable of getting accurate lines. Especially for rendering. This paper is worth the initial upfront cost.

This cardstock is a great weight. It’s perfect for making cards and many other paper crafts. The color is beautiful, some kraft cardstock shave an orange or cheap tone. This does not. I love coloring on this as well.
