Ever since accidentally stumbling upon Nellie's, i will never go back to another dish soap again. Not only is Nellie's great for the environment, which is important to me as I try to reach zero waste as much as possible, but the bars last for months. You only need a little bit and it easily cleans dishes with a nice smell, especially for wooden items. Works just as good as any other dish wash but last 10x longer. Love it!

I have tried quite a few brands before I got to Nellie's, but I bought my first block of Nellie's in December 2023, and after 9 months of continual use, it is still the only dish washing brand I will use.In order to prevent spots on dishes, this soap needs to be washed and rinsed in very warm water, otherwise it won't rinse completely and leave spots behind.I've never had any problems removing food or stains on dishes, pots/pans, glassware, etc. I do wish it had a bit stronger scent, just for my own personal sensory preferences; I can't smell anything when I wash dishes with Nellie's, and I miss that clean lemony scent my old dishwashing liquid had... But not smelling anything when I wash dishes is a very small price to pay to keep plastic out of landfills.One block of Nellie's lasts me anywhere between 3-6 months, depending on the season and the number of dishes I wash.Every other bar I've used lasted longer and cost less than Nellie's, but Nellie's works so much better than any other bar that I am fine replacing it more often and paying a little bit more per bar, just because the results are so much better. I can't recommend it enough. It's worth it.

I already owned the original container so was pleased to be able to buy the refill. A bit on the expensive side but lasts a very long time, is convenient, smells nice and works extremely well.

The smell is way too sweet, the bar falls apart and goes slimy, leaves a weird film. Definitely don't recommend.

Super efficient product! It works as well as any liquid super potent soaps.I've been trying various brands to replace the liquid soaps and I had the same problem: none of the bars soaps could take away the grease first wash. But this brand is amazing! It did the job firts shot.Other things that I love about this product:Smells goodMy hands are not dry after using itSuper eco-friendlyThe one thing I don't like: it melts away very very fast. The soap lasted me for about a month 1/2 (house of 2 adults). Considering this might be important if budget for the month is short.I will buy it again!

The soap turns to goo when it is about 2/3rds gone and it coats the brush with excess, so very wasteful. I don’t think it lasted longer than regular dish soap. I have left the lid off to try to dry it out to no avail. Also there was a huge air bubble, so there was less soap than what it seemed. Was great while solid. Nice smell. Good cleaning power.

This is the best bar dish soap I have used. It works well and lasts a long time. I like that I don't need to use very much at one time and it is quick to lather up on my brush!

While I do wish for the price the bar was twice as thick, it's fun to use, works great and I have repurchased. You need to prime this product by getting it a little wet and letting it soak so that it is soft enough to scoop out. Very bubbly and enjoyable do a sink full of dishes with this.
