Ordered regular loop soft sax strap. It arrived today. Despite watching the video on the manufacturer's website that said the loop strap included two sizes of the loop, there was only one loop in the package. It was too short for the regular strap to work for my tenor. The longer loop would have been able to work. When I tried to mark the item for return, they wanted to charge me a fee of $5.14 to return it. I'm a Prime member and have never had an issue returning an item before. Also, I had already placed an order for the extra long loop strap. Needless to say, I was not happy with the attempt to charge me. I canceled the new order and would not suggest purchasing this item through Amazon. Very dissatisfied!

I owned one of these straps but it had the hook on it. I like this type of connector better. Very good quality and craftsmanship. Very comfortable.
