These are great candles! They are not the skinny type, they are mallable to some degree, and look burn really well. I keep a plate under the candle holder to catch the melted wax. Highly recommend!

These used to be my favorite candles - I bought them for at least 6 years in a row. I loved that they were easy to fit into all our menorahs, including the ceramic ones which are notorious for uneven candle holes. However, the last couple years the quality of these candles has really dropped. Many of them are rolled too loosely now, especially the red ones for some reason, making the loose ones burn too fast and melt in a big mess all over the menorah and tray. Instead of a nice colorful display, we get an uneven mess of lumpy wax within 10 minutes of lighting them. I won’t be ordering them again and am tempered to throw out what’s left of the last box

Most Chanukah candles are made with a paraffin wax or a paraffin wax blend. Paraffin wax is distilled from petroleum, and is a by-product of gasoline production. These beeswax candles appear to be authentic candles made in the manner of days long ago, before the development of petroleum cracking towers. Beeswax is environmentally friendly and should theoretically burn with the same chemical reaction that vaporizes the wax in paraffin candles to leave little or no residue. This brand of beeswax candle is not molded, but instead are wrapped by laying a wick on a narrow rectangular strip of thin beeswax that is cut to the length of the desired finished candle. The strip of beeswax is then rolled into an approximately cylindrical shape, which slightly differs for each candle. These apparently handmade candles have charm, but because they are not uniformly or tightly rolled, they seem to burn at markedly differently rates. The beeswax appears to primarily melt rather than vaporize by chemical reaction combining with oxygen to produce carbon dioxide and water vapor. The result is a sticky blob of wax at the base of each candle that grows rapidly as the candles burn down. Our menorah was so covered in beeswax that it required more than a half hour of delicate scraping with a plastic knife and toothpicks to return it to semi-normal condition. I DO NOT recommend buying these beeswax candles, as our experience was a disaster that we will not repeat.

Totalement satisfait.

At first I wasn't crazy about these candles because they are a little thicker than the others I'd had and were a little hard to fit into the menorah. I solved this simply by compacting the lower part of the candle with my fingers by squeezing. You can also melt a little wax at the base of the candle. Once that was solved, I have been happy with the purchase. The colors are very nice and vivid and I do like that they are beeswax. But now that I have burned them I am sold on them, as they are long-lasting. These candles burn for like, 45 minutes.

Strange candles. The beeswax is great, but we’ve had a lot of trouble with these this year. The beeswax is pretty loosely wrapped so they last MAYBE 15-20 min. Some candles burn far faster than others.Additionally, we had a lot of trouble lighting these each night. We’ll light one and before we move onto the next candle, the wick burns out. We end up having to melt the wax around it so it can catch fire again.Wouldn’t but these again, unfortunately. The beeswax is a cool look but just simply isn’t worth it if you like longer-lasting candles.

I needed to receive the candles before a specific date and they arrived as promised. The packaging was very safe, including a wooden box-like frame which holds the candles together. The candles have a variety of colors. They look nice, like braided candles. They are a little soft and easy to insert into the candle holders of the Hanukia. They burn very well, with very little residue. Good product.

I have not used the honeycomb candles before... I LOVE them! The wax itself is a little flexible, so I don't have to trim the bottoms to get them to fit, just squeeze them a bit and they sit nicely in the menorah. They do burn down more quickly than the wax candles I have in my second menorah, but since I use them both in the same room, I'm okay with that. The packaging is GREAT... individually wrapped and in a sturdy wooden box. They arrived on right on time. I would purchase them again!

These are the best Chanukah candles I've ever used. You know how with most candles, you have to melt the bottoms to get them into your menorah? Not these. Trust me when I say that every year, I'm convinced that THIS IS THE YEAR I knock over my menorah fighting to get candles in and somehow catch my house on fire. These slip right in and are malleable enough that they wedge into each holder. They also burned significantly longer than the colorful tapered candles. My only thing is that some of them were trick to light, but that was easy to solve.
