This machine consistently makes great coffee. Sometimes the container holding the used capsules sticks rather firmly in place

My 3rd Nespresso machine over more than 10 years. This is the BEST! Fast, consistent, delicious, lots of coffee choices including Peet's. Compact enough for under counter plus a big water reservoir. Thank you Nespresso for continuing to offer great Original Line machine.

This machine heats up fast, is so well built, and makes consistent coffee cups which was the problem most of these machines of other brands have.

Didn’t know what I was missing till I got this. keurig is good for drip coffee, and I had an illy machines for expresso, but this is next level. Heats up in less than 30 sec, and pods are super easy, and the crema is about the best you can do at home without a $10,000 machine. Be sure to pick quality pods by Nespresso or Starbucks. I’ve tried other pods and they are what I would consider Community Coffee standard.

The used capsule doesn’t freely fall in the container below when I want to place a new capsule; I have to push it down hard with a fork or spoon. This never happened with my previous older model.
