I am trying to emulate the Nespresso Intenso pod, so that is my baseline. After reading other reviews, I very meticulously made myself read the instructions on the side of the box. I made a few new pods up using the month old pods I had been saving, so dried up grounds inside the pod, so the emptying process was not messy. The foil cutter was perfect in opening those up. Again, no mess at all. I refilled the pod using Illy brand intenso espresso grind. So excited to make my first cup, It even had the full, same amount, of Crema as the Nespresso branded pods, which is one of the reasons I like the Nespresso virtuoso so much anyway! I buy the Illy coffee on subscribe and save, currently at $8.04/8.8 oz can, making each serving of coffee come out to $.40 per, which is a substantial savings over the Nespresso pods at $1.30 per. So, for a little bit of effort on my part, which is honestly at this point a little bit of fun, I can go back to using my Nespresso machine instead of the muka pot or the French press or the aeropress that I have been using over the last few years trying to save money while I get an exceptional cup of coffee!

I am pleasantly surprised with how these work. After reading the reviews, I wasn't sure, but I thought it was worth a try. The foil cutter is what makes this product work well. Just an easy twist and it removes the foil. I composted the coffee grounds and then gave the foil cups a quick wash. Use the brush to make sure the extra coffee grounds are removed from the sealing area. I had no issues getting them to work and no loose grounds after like mentioned in other reviews. The only feedback is that the foil is a little thicker, so removing these foil seals takes a little more effort. Plus you have to peel the adhesive off too or it looks too bulky.A great money saver and the coffee was just as good!

I like this idea it's simple to use but only big problem you can really use the Nespresso machine since coffee will leak on the back compartment.

Money saving when it comes to coffee pods from nespresso. It fits good and seal pretty well. i’ve used 2 différents brand by the past and this one is my favorite. It’s quality and easy to use.

If you follow the directions - this works perfectly. I love that the pods are now reusable - saves money - I can use my own coffee mixtures - and the tops are easily ordered again and again to continue the use. I love this product. I refill my pods every 2 weeks and it only takes about 30 minutes.

I just received these and have already tried them. Put my favorite fresh ground coffee in the used pods. Easy to use and will save money from the current pods which are still quite expensive compared to other brands.

Zero, vut in order to submit I had to give at least a 1.had same as another revieer, Josh. Makes the coffee leak out of the capsule tank. Completely wastes coffee grinds. Got less than half cup of coffee, and couldn't figure out what happened until I emptied the pods and saw all the coffee had leaked under that storage container. Awfull. Will not be buying again.Gloria

Amazon just delivered my Nessus kit earlier today. I took the time to watch the video with the kit as it shows how to remove the lid from an old pod as You tube does not have videos of this extra cutting attachment that this kit has. It was so easy to do. Following the steps as shown in this video and the time it takes is minimal. I used my favorite Starbuck's Decaf blend in the Melozio pod, and it worked amazingly well. The crema on top was foamy and the coffee tasted really good. So happy to have found a kit that is easy to use and works so well. I did 10 pods this afternoon in about 15 minutes after I figured out the steps and how to do it that suited me. The wrinkle in the picture of this pod did not bother the Nespresso Machine at all. I had a few wrinkles in the foil, but it worked perfectly.

el producto esta bien pero solo aplica para capsulas de 80ml ya que las capsulas de mayor capacidad no caben se tiene que poner el sello manualmente sin los accesorios. para que lo tomen encuenta.

Absolutely thrilled with this set! It contains everything you need to refill your Nespresso Vertuo pods! We purchased a very reasonably priced hazelnut coffee on Amazon, and now we are making our own pods for .60 each instead of buying them from Nespresso for $1.25 each!One part of the set is a round disk with a perfectly placed small sharp razor. You twist the old pod around and it perfectly removes the old foil. Then you rinse and dry the pod and put it in the other part of the set which is designed to hold the pod for filling and placing the foil. We use a ½ tablespoon measuring spoon and fill each pod with a total of 4 scoops (two tablespoons of coffee). Then you take one of the included foils and peel off the backing. Hold it by the tab and position it so it aligns with the plastic guide on the left and press your finger around the edges. Then you use the last piece of this set — this piece has a small round piece protruding on one side and we initially thought this was the side to twist on top of our pod to seal the edges and it worked, but it didn’t look like the Nespresso pods. Then we realized you are supposed to use the underside of this piece. You twist this on top of the Nespresso pod and the result is a pod that looks just like the Nespresso pods! We have used all the foils in the package and bought another set of foils on Amazon that were 100 for $7.99. So happy to have found this set! It also includes a perfect tiny brush that you can use to clean around the edges of the pod before you place the foil in case you got any coffee grounds on the edges when filling the pods! I don’t understand how anyone could rate this less than five stars! It’s one of the BEST purchases I have made all year, and now we are saving so much money while still enjoying great coffee and espresso in our Nespresso machine!
