The metal frame broke through the paper on one of these before I even managed to hang it. The other 2 faded to pale blue and disintegrated very quickly.

They seemed to be fine at first, but after a few spells of rain they tore away from the metl edging at the top. I did try not to put too much weight in them, but the problem then is that they blow around in the wind, making it obvious that they are not a real nest. It's a shame - they were working until they fell apart!

I bought these to get those devil flying things out of my greenhouse because they end up there every year. This year I had about 6 Queens sacrifice themselves in my greenhouse. We also have one in the shed which had a huge nest in last year and there is ABSOLUTELY no nests anywhere. I also have one on the front porch and they don’t even go near it! I’m absolutely stunned and they help 100%. Garnet I have done more maintenance to my greenhouse this year but nothing to the shed.I 100% suggest this product!!!

My neighbors thought I had bought some PRETTY decoractions. I hung them close to my doors where wasps are relentless, and it seemed to work. Now that the weather is warming up, they are not working as well. But, if you want pretty yard decorations, they are weatherproof and seemed sturdy.

WE used to have such a bad wasp problem on our front porch that you could not even sit out there. Soi I began using brown grocery bags stuffed with those blowup things to emulate a hornet's nest. I heard that would work. Every time someone would come to my house they always asked what the paper sacks were hanging from my porch. I never considered I could get something that would look as lovely as these to do and accomplish the same thing. My daughter recommended these particular ones because she said it appeared they were made of silk, which of course they aren't,. but they are a type of material (not paper) and are very attractive. They are holding up great and are definitely keeping the wasp away maybe even better than my ugly brown grocery sacks did. The only complaint I have is they swing in the breeze which a real hornet's nest doesn't do. But they work. I suppose you could secure them to the porch with tape. We now can use our front porch and I have only had to spray 2 very small one wasp nests this year. One on front porch and one on back porch. Big, big difference. And none under the swings or under the rocking chairs. Hooray.

Does it’s job and durable. Don’t use the string they provide to hang them. It will last about six months and then break and you have to go find it. Recommend something more weather resistance.

I bought these in May and waited to write a review at the end of the season. Holy cow!! Everyone else has wasps but us. Put one in the front and back of house. Not a single wasp has tried to start a nest on our almost half acre lot. We get the occasional fly-by wasps but they do not linger at all. Yellow jackets are still an issue, but not wasps. I didn’t believe that it would work. It was literally crazy. They look a little stupid dangling over my front porch, but whatever when you aren’t being bothered by the stupid things. One of ours is left exposed to all the elements (storms, rain, sun...) and the string snapped off, but reattached it with a caribiner clip and it is just fine.******UPDATE: MUST ORDER FROM VENDOR: ARCHETYPE!!! OTHERS ARE FAKE!! I loved these so much that I always wanted to have another set on hand. I saw them on sale really cheap so I ordered more. The cheap price vendors are stealing the product information and they are not the real deal! You will spend over $20 from "Archetype" vendor, but they will last and withstand the elements outside. Well worth it. Do not be scammed by these Chinese companies stealing product information and calling it their own.

Works pretty well! Put it up on my balcony and immediately saw about 80% of the wasps disappear. The few that still came around I killed with wasp spray so I think the combination did the trick! I will say it’s very noticeable on my balcony, I live in a condominium complex and you can easily see it hanging from quite a distance away, but it’s a small price to pay for having access to my now wasp-free outdoor space. It’s been through some crazy weather so far (had this for a few months) and though the colour has faded a little it looks great, no rain or hail has put a dent in it! If you’re looking for an alternative to insecticides and ultrasound repellents, I definitely recommend giving this a try. It’s obviously no guarantee but I’ve gotten about a 90% drop in wasp traffic so I’ll take it!

I live in the country and I was really hoping that this product worked in fact, I ordered two packages because I have such an issue with red wasp. unfortunately they have not helped at all. in fact, I’ve seen wasp light on it so they’re obviously not afraid of it. anyway I’m disappointed they didn’t work and they weren’t cheap. I’m not bothering to send them back; but they are not worth the money. they’re just simply not effective, at least not in my neck of the words. ☹️
