This wick trimmer is beautiful and even has NEST engraved on the very shiny arm. However, I can’t get it to cut any kind of wick, not a NEST candle wick, not a PF Candle Co wick, not a BBW wick. It just simply turns the wick sideways and tears it up. At first I thought my product was defective, but no such luck. I exchanged for the identical product with the same results. Really disappointing for a NEST product that I paid $20 for instead of just buying a junky one for $5.
