Have happily used Netgear products for many years. This one was a failure. Powered up just fine, but when trying to use the setup screen, it would not allow any inputs even after using the reset button several times. The straw that broke the camel's back was the lack of support. Their AI support was not of any help and unfortunately no way to contact a human support person. If able to reach a support human, they may have been able to assist or identify the product was defective. As such, it was returned. Will need to look for a new router from a different company.

I purchased this to replace a Netgear RP-8000 Router, I really thought I would be stepping down a few steps, was I ever gladly mistaken! This Wi-Fi router is a little beast! I was able to set it up with 2-2.4Ghz networks and 2-5.0 Ghz networks, that will also support 6.0Ghz as well as WEP3 security. Also I have a total of 16 devices connected through out my home/office and all are getting stable connections and great speeds. I would highly recommend this WiFi Router for any SOHO set up.

This was an amazing upgrade from an older (no longer supported, and most likely insecure) router to WiFi6. At first I tried using the Netgear Nighthawk app but it seemed to have trouble connecting, so I just used the wifi settings printed on the router with my laptop and then putting 192.168.1.1 in the browser, got it all set up in a few minutes and it is working great with everything (phones, desktop computer, etc). In fact the desktop, located at the far end of the house, immediately got a 10x increase in download speed, and that's without upgrading it to WiFi6 as well. It was also straightforward to mount this router on the wall using a couple of drywall screws. I should have made this upgrade years ago. The product was sold certified refurbished but is like new.

The RAX10-100NAR aka AX-1800 is working good after few weeks in use and cover about 1500 sqf house without losing WIFI signals in both 2.4/5.00 Gbps speed.

The product works great, and for it to be a refurbished unit looks practically brand new. The wireless coverage is fantastic on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, and you can use WPA3 too, but not all devices fully support it so there’s that. The nighthawk app is pretty cool, you can manage a lot of things with it. I fully recommend this product.

I was going to get another router, but when it came, it was the wrong one, so I sent it back. Amazon said they would send me the correct one, but sent me the same one again. I sent it back for a refund and decided to get this one. I checked out the reviews and a lot of people had good things to say. It was a little difficult to get the nighthawk app to connect to the internet, but I got everything done in less than an hour. I have not been able to connect my printer to the internet for over 2 years, so I just used a cable from my computer to the printer and use it that way. When I connected this router, I thought that I would try to connect my printer to the wifi. I couldn't believe it, it connected straight away. Now I can print from my phone again. That was worth the money to me, but when I connected my Tv's, they have twice the speed that they had before in all rooms. This router is fantastic. Much more than I thought that I would get for a refurbished router. It even looks brand new. I would recommend this router to everyone. I would buy this router again in a heart beat.

Replaced my old Apple Airport Extreme router. Getting much higher throughput in the bedrooms on the Roku and mobile phones. The app is easy to use. At the refurbished price, I couldn't ask for much more.

i got this WiFi router to extend the range to cover cameras on a shed towards the back of my yard. The router is in my crawl space, so it's low, but if I put it on the main floor, it would add clutter my wife doesn't want, and the attic gets hot in summer and cold in winter. Crawl space is encapsulated and dehumidified. This router works well, simply plugged in cat 6 cable from the modem router in the garage, and it is up and running. In fact I have 3 others to give me coverage all over. This one is a good one, and refurbished price is great.
