My first one worked well but after a lot of use it died after 6 months of use.I feel I got my monies worth out of it so I just got a second one because the others just sucked period.

It’s attached to my 4 gal bottle, and in my RV for drinking water. My kids love to use it, and it lasts forever on a charge. My husband loved it so much, he had me get one for him for work.

You have to be mindful of knocking because it just sits on top of the water bottle and sometimes the straw will fall to the bottom

Nice concept but unfortunately a fail. I did have to lift the unit up off the bottle to get the flow faster and that's fine I did not want to cut the hose for when I have bigger bottles however major leaking where the spout connects to the actual unit. For that reason zero Stars. Also people complain about the noise. Come on people this is a great invention it's not that loud and if it's that loud and you are that sensitive to it maybe you should just be thankful there are things like this for people that cannot lift heavy objects for one reason or another and be grateful for what you are able to do. Unfortunately though I will not be using this and will be looking for refund on it and look at other products of same nature by different company perhaps because I really do need this item.

I've had this since March 2023. It's now July. I use it at least three times a day. I just now had to recharge it for the first time. SUPER impressed with the battery. Only complaint is that it doesn't have the auto-fill setting mentioned in the listing.
