If you can get these to work, that is great. They're built pretty decent. 2 of them didn't work for me and kept leaking and leaking. I had to go back to the home. Good store to buy the ones that I needed. So that I can fix them other than that.The other ones are holding up, and we're very easy to install

I had a leaky faucet shut off valve. I swapped the faucet out and once I did that, it must have disturbed the shutoff enough to where it developed a small leak on the stem. I am very proactive about these things and decided to swap out the valve before it becomes an issue. Luckily I found this.I was able to cut the old one off (cpvc glue on shutoff) with this, push fit connection. It took longer to cut the cpvc off than to install this. Just make sure the pipe is clean for a good contact with the o ring. Sometimes very minor weld spots/solder/glue on pipe can disturbed the connection causing a leak. Clean the pipe very well, and then push it on. Very easy to do and will last at least 10 year. The weakest part about these push to connect fittings is the o ring, you make sure you add a little plumbers grease made for o rings to keep them supple. As once the o ring dries out it will create a leak. All of these shutoffs don't last more than 10 years, as I have had some compression ones fail after 6. It depends on the water quality and how often you use it. Some can freeze in place. So If I get 10 years out of this I will be very pleased considering I got 5 for the price of one at the big box store.Good product I would highly recommend it!

These worked perfectly but I did not receive the number of valves the order is supposed to come with. I only got 3, not 5 pieces.
