Did all my YouTube research with a bunch of different mufflers and sounds. It wasn't a real hard decision when it came to Flowmasters. The hardest part was choosing which series would not piss off my neighbors across the street, but would my A hole next door neighbors (joking......sorta) Ultimately decided on the Super 44 and was really pleased with the choice.Now all that said, when it arrived I cut the entire exhaust off from the back of the cab and on. I did start the truck just to see how it sounded with basically a naked exhaust system. When I put the Flowmaster on, it was just clamped on with a 30° turn down directly the off the outlet of the muffler and supported with a cinder block. And boy did it come alive and roaring. I had full intentions of welding everything in place the next day. But I kinda grew to like the sound of the naked exhaust and haven't actually installed it yet. But I promise you this, this muffler is loud and MEAN and I guarantee you'll love the hell out of the roaring it produces.

It has a beautiful Rich deep muscley rumble to it with the cam I have in my engine old gold rumble
