I ended up using these on a 2004 Ktm 125sx. They’re not a perfect fit for 1998-2004 since those bikes have round frame tubes and these guards are designed to fit an oval style frame, but they do their job and fit well enough all things considered), especially since the correct frame guards for older bikes appear to be backordered indefinitely. Note that this kit does not include any of the 3 bushings needed to mount the guards.

As described. Quality item. Just make sure to zap strap around the top portion, the bolt that holds it in uses a squeeze fit type mechanism (like a drywall anchor).
