I am 6'2" tall and weigh 215lbs. I went with an XLT and that works well for me since I like a more relaxed fit; this way I can wear a sweater underneath. The length is just perfect. The coat with all its features is great - no doubt about that. It shipped with a faux fur attachment for the hood (very nice). It was delivered swiftly via USPS (signature required). All in all: Great product and fast processing. I would buy this item from this supplier again. Go for it...

This is the best Army issued jacket/clothing in history!!!! The Gor-tex material will keep you dry and warm, while ensuring that you are not "condensating".. aka sweaty.Product Fit Disclaimer: "Fit as expected" because I have served in the Army and know what a Medium-Regular fits on me. A Medium-Regular jacket does not fit like a Medium-Regular blouse. However, with that being said, on a 185-190lbs, 5'8", Asian male with an athletic build, the sleeves will be slightly long and the length of the coat will be a little long. It will fit though as an EXCELLENT snowboard jacket and you can use the velcro on the wrists/sleeves to ensure that the sleeves don't come down too much.I suggesst purchasing the BDU Field Jacket Liner (Solid Olive Drab Green) to go with it on extra cold days/nights!

Awesome coat, great top layer for winter; needs an under layer to maximize benefit. I also have the gerneration 2 issued by my unit, and the gen 1 is far superior

Well made and adaptable for cold wet weather with my snap on wired snorkel ruff. Has large pockets for gloves, snow ruff & goggles. The lining is open across the back at the arm pits which I tacked in the middle and use as a deep pocket in back for military mittens, wool hat, trash bag, etc. I got the extra large so I can layer underneath, long size so I protect upper legs from snow & rain. Has snap overlap zipper front.
