LOOKS GREAT BUT DOES NOT LAST. I HAVE HAD THIS INSTALLED FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS AND THE PAINT/FINISH IS PEELING/FLAKING OFF, THE METAL IS PITTING AND THE KEY IS GETTING STUCK IN THE LOCK. (CORRODING). THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE FACES NORTH AND PROTECTED FROM SUN AND RAIN. I HAD HIGH HOPES BUT GOT LET DOWN AGAIN WITH A CHEAP PRODUCT. WE NEED TO DO BETTER TO PROTECT THE CONSUMER.

I like this lock. It’s a perfect fit for my door. We were having issues with a door handle that wasn’t closing properly- it was just too old and really needed replacing. While I love the sleek modern look of this and the nice solid lock, it does feel a little lighter than my old iron door handle. I am crossing my fingers it holds up and doesn’t rust at any point. For now, it locks nice and smooth and it shuts without having to pull it so we are super happy. My house is visually more inviting now :)

I was frustrating installing the product. I have a French front door the installation instructions did not clearly show how to install right or left. I tried both method and still now work. Very frustrated. I need to contact customer to get help

I saw several reviews that made this product sound risky. What I did take from the reviews was that I needed to pay close attention to the directions. When I did that, working slowly and carefully, it came out perfectly. The doors look great and work great. The programming is another area that required careful reading of the directions.I can only imagine that some of those bad reviews were written by people who didn't read the instructions. I had no problems at all.

I got a lock smith to install so I had no issues. Setting the codes are very easy. Initially I got a defective item but the company sent a replacement right away. I’d have to say customer service is very good. Will purchase again and recommend to others.

I love the look of this lock/handle and that you can program and edit multiple codes. The hard part was the programming and I am usually good at following the directions. After trying and failing to set up a code that works on the door and contacting the seller, they sent more detailed instructions that I have included as images. The programming code is like an admin password and the user code is the actual code for unlocking the door. I was trying to use the programming code to open the door and it was not working. Hope this helps future users
