I really like the dual voltage function, the size and the dual function iron-steamer. But the steamer function only worked once. Unfortunately, by the time I used it a second time, the steamer didn’t work and I couldn’t return it. I wish I could get my money back. If customer service sees this review, I’d appreciate that you offer a refund.

IF ONLY the companies that made some of these actual really good, delightful product would stop trying to oversell their items and not downright lie about what they could do, they would actually make a ton of sales, have way less returns, and people would actually keep their products because the product did exactly what they expected. If only…This in NOT a steam iron for steaming clothes. This is NOT a mini heat press machine. This IS a great little travel iron with a non-stick surface that has a normal steam feature like a normal iron, and has a great point to the plate of it so that you can get in between buttons and small spaces, etc, almost better than a full sized iron. Since it is a travel iron, you can only get a small amount of water in this for steam, and that is probably this product's biggest downfall, in my humble estimation. But it’s not terrible, because, well, it IS a TRAVEL iron (can you sense how upset I am at yet another company on Amazon misrepresenting a product…UGH!!!). I managed to iron (with steam), two 18” x 18” outdoor (thicker material) throw pillow covers that had horrible creases in them, on both sides - the material was so thick that I had to iron both sides - going over it several times each which probably took me close to 10 minutes of this thing going consistently - with steam - and it did a great job. The reason I had to go over it as much as I did was totally because of the material, not the iron. The iron did better than I expected, and the water was just enough to cover that much material. As for the quality, it’s definitely above mid-grade. I would say, pretty high quality for the most part using better quality materials to make it. There was only one spot that I thought “Hmm…what happened here” as there was a pinkish spot on the white plastic part of the iron, next to the ironing plate. That’s it. I am guessing, from the looks of it, that somehow a dab of the no stick on the ironing plate must have gotten onto the body of the iron and either someone tried to get it off or it rubbed against something. But overall, it appears to be very well made, and well thought out to where they even made it so you could switch voltage between America and Europe. They also included a great silicone pad to rest your hot iron on in between ironing items, and a nice little travel bag. I would rate this a 4.6 star item if I could, and the advertising company that wrote the (false) ad, a ½ a star…maybe. Would I recommend it? Yes, based on my description of what it is and not theirs, since it’s not half the things they claim it to be.

I love the size❤️ and the fact that it irons and steams beautifully. I travel a lot and also need to touch up my clothing often. This is perfect for the job. Just tuck it into a carry on with ease. Cord length is sufficient.

I'm glad I bought this elegant little thing! The size, the weight, and the design of the handle makes it comfortable and easy to use. It heats really quickly, and worrks very well. It's finishing is so good. The most important thing to me is the dual voltage option because I travel outside of the states.. I hope it lasts for a long time like my old iron did!

Great for an iron, but not enough steam for steaming. If you move the steamer just a bit, it will keep turning off. Love the size for travel! Unfortunately not for steaming.

The mini travel iron with Dual Voltage is my travel buddy for keeping my clothes wrinkle-free on the go. Its dual voltage feature (120/220V) allows it to work wherever I am in the world. Plus, it has nifty steaming feature for delicate fabrics. And, bonus, it's super compact and light, so it's a no-brainer to toss into my luggage.
