This is the best soak rope in the industry. It's delicate so take care of it, but it's a thick or as thin as you want and super absorbent. Save money skipping the cool kid club tool brands

Used to help absorb water for tinting front windshield of my RAV4. Works well.

This product worked exactly as needed. It kept water away from the electrical components while I was doing windshield tinting. No issues at all—did the job perfectly. Definitely a useful tool for anyone working on window tinting.

The item is thin and flimsy. Used it to absorb water when cleaning windshield with squeegee. In the end, Rope was as dry as when I started. Useless.

Used this thing one time and as I was pulling it out of the dash it broke. The string or whatever it’s made of just completely snapped and now it’s in two pieces. Won’t be purchasing ever again.

I jammed it into the tight cracks of the dashboard to absorb water. It did its job, but when pulling it out, it broke on me. Maybe it needs a sensitive touch.

Turns out it wasn't really needed for my job. I just ended up using my towel. So if you're looking into using this, maybe see if you can use a towel first. Most people that buy this is for just now and then use anyhow, so might save you money to just use a towel. But if you're going to use it often, you should probably buy it.
